A neo-classical ambient music project from Düsseldorf (the home of Kraftwerk, Mouse on Mars), Todeskino‘s first album 'Debutante' propels the listener into a Lynchian experience that draws from warm, dreamlike ambient music combined with lo-fi field recordings and other subtle sound, creating a nostalgic trip back to sweet and melancholic memories. The album was inspired by a photo of a young aristocrat that gave her debut at a Sadie Hawkins dance in 1987 (as represented on the cover)
