"Statistics indicate that 'voice-hearing' has a prevalence of between 5% and 28% in any population (www.mentalhealth.org.uk/a-to-z/h/hearing-voices). Unfortunately, many individuals who try to talk to others about their voices become sectioned, pathologized, medicated and stigmatized for the rest of their lives. I made these tracks due to my own personal and professional experiences of this (still) inhumane system.
