The Lost Letters are musician and scholar Ben J Heal and Taiwanese singer Fulya, who together started experimenting with lo-fi dream-pop music in 2023.

Their debut self-titled album comments on originality and authenticity by cutting up literary sources and blending analog and digital recordings.

Ben's been a member of art-rock stalwarts birdbath since 1994, and his cowman noise-rock project has released several albums on Ingue Records, Cruel Nature and Tenzenman. His other projects include 2014’s cacophony of synth and gong "Hitobashira-ni". and 2016’s drony acid-folk experiment as "morimori". The "Coaxial" project further explores drone, plagiarism and electronica.
